What an advance may be used for

✔ Printing costs
✔ Academic resources
✔ Phone repairs
✔ Transport costs
✔ Required components or materials
✔ Clothing
✔ Other appropriate short-term student needs

04  ·  Approval Process

What happens after you apply

Every student follows the same journey through Uni-Fund SA:

Apply → Verify → Request/Review → Approval or Rejection → Agreement → Assistance → Repayment → Continued Access

Applications are reviewed after all required information and documents have been submitted. Typical review time is 2–3 hours for complete applications. Approval depends on:

✔ Successful student verification
✔ Accuracy of information provided
✔ Availability of assistance funds
✔ Previous repayment history (where applicable)
Please note: submitting an application does not guarantee approval. If a student does not meet the applicable requirements, the request is rejected and the student is not required to repay it, since no assistance was provided. Before an approved advance is paid out, the student must confirm agreement to the applicable processing fee, the repayment date, and the applicable terms.

05  ·  Repayment Rules

Students receiving an advance agree to

  • ✔ Repay the full approved advance amount
  • ✔ Repay on the agreed repayment date
  • ✔ Communicate early if unexpected difficulties affect repayment

Failure to repay may result in

  • — Suspension from future assistance
  • — Removal of platform access
  • — Restriction from future applications until outstanding balances are resolved
When repayment is due: the intended repayment period is generally around the end of the month, when the student receives expected funds such as an allowance or parental support. As advances are repaid, the funds become available again to assist other verified students.

06  ·  Student Responsibilities

Every Uni-Fund SA student agrees to
